Over the course of his 30-year career in information technology, marketing, and sales, Jack has held a variety of delivery and management responsibilities including positions at Epsilon Data Management and Boole & Babbage. His career spans the development of high speed personalization systems for use in the production of direct marketing and mail programs, the management of direct marketing data centers and systems, and creation of multiple turn-key marketing system solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. As a result of his varied responsibilities in R&D, sales, marketing and general management, Jack has a keen perspective and pragmatic approach to achieving goal-oriented results.
Senior Business AnalystWith a passion for data since before it was “cool”, Ruth has been providing customers with solutions and insights for over 20 years. Ruth has worked in the Technology, Financial Services, Biotechnology, and Public Health industries, as well as managed her own business. Her extensive experience in a wide range of environments enables her to quickly understand her clients’ data and process needs and develop data-driven solutions for business problems. Her roles with clients are wide-ranging and vary depending on client needs. From data analyst, using tools to profile and report data, to business analyst, gathering and documenting requirements, to data visualization, presenting concepts as actionable insights, Ruth is an asset to any team. Ruth leads all aspects of our services and solutions.
General Client Services ManagerTheresa has been supporting Customers in their Direct Marketing activities for over 20 years. From high-tier fundraising to Consumer/Brand Marketing, she has been instrumental in the success of her customers marketing programs. Theresa has experience designing and managing all aspects of direct marketing programs, understanding the clients' businesses, their data, lead generation and marketing automation. She has developed complex email marketing strategies for companies including Becton Dickinson, AOL, Apple Computer, Victoria's Secret, Illuminations, Lexus and Homestore.
Database & System AdministratorDatabase Administrator/System Administrator Martin is the guy who “keeps the wheels on the wagon” for our teams. His unyielding dedication and ability to figure out why a system isn’t working, gives us a level of reliability and strength which allows us to meet challenging deadlines. And we do it again and again, due to Martin’s fortitude in finding the solutions to keep us going. His solid knowledge of Oracle, and his experience with Business Objects, SPSS, UNIX, Linux, SQL, C, HTML, and excellent organizational skills make him an invaluable contributor to any project. Martin holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems (MIS) with concentrations in Finance Database, Marketing, and Accounting.

She has years of progressive experience in Information Technology, particularly with Salesforce CRM (4+ years) and Oracle E-Business Suite (10+ years). She has played contributing and critical roles with teams involved in Oracle EBS upgrades and Salesforce CRM implementations, as well as establishing successful relationships with implementation vendors.
